Any product, or part thereof, sold by Calmotion LLC, which, under normal operating conditions in the plant of the original purchaser thereof, proves defective in material or workmanship within specified time from the date of shipment by us, as determined by an inspection by us, will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, free of charge for repair. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

 

Provided that you promptly send to us notice of the defect and establish that the product has been properly installed, maintained, and operated within the limits of rated and normal usage, and that no factory sealed adjustments have been tampered with or damage has occurred from contamination; i.e. coolant, any conductive material such as chips or dust. Not covered - Motors windings that have failed because of over current conditions that cause severe thermal deterioration of the insulation which results in an electrical short and/or burnt motor. Amplifiers or CNC Boards with blown traces and burned IC's are not covered under warranty. 

 

All new parts sold and manufactured by Calmotion LLC carries a one year warranty. We also honor our vendors warranty on parts which means we may need to send them the part to determine if the warranty is valid.  We will issue you an RMA to return the part at your expense. 

 

A part may be returned for any reason within the first 30 days. It will be subject up to a 25% restocking fee. All returned parts require you to contact Calmotion LLC for return authorization. All returns paid by credit card by no fault of Calmotion LLC will be charged a 5% credit card processing fee.

 

Calmotion LLC or its agents liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. Warranty repaired items will carry until the fulfillment of original warranty time.

 

All expressed and implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the warranty period, and no warranties, whether expressed or implied, will apply after this period.

 

Under no circumstances shall Calmotion LLC or any of our affiliates have any liability whatsoever for claims and damages arising out of the loss of use of any product or part sold to you. Nor shall we have any liability to yourself or anyone for any indirect or consequential damages such as injuries to person and property caused directly or indirectly by the product or part sold to you, and you agree in accepting our product or part to save us harmless from any and all such claims or damages that may be initiated against us by third parties.
